 6 potatoes
 250 ml milk
 20 g butter
 1 teaspoon of oil
 1/2 finely chopped onion
 400 g ground beef 5% fat
 Salt and pepper
 250 g of corn


 Peel and boil the potatoes in a small saucepan filled with salted water.
 Place the cooked potatoes in a bowl and mash them with a ricer.
 Add the milk and butter and continue mashing to obtain a purée.
 Chop the onion.
 In a frying pan, sauté the onion in oil for a few minutes.
 Add the ground beef and cook. Season with salt and pepper.
 Put the meat in a small ovenproof dish.
 Spread the corn on the cooked meat.
 Cover the minced meat and corn with mashed potatoes.
 Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes at 190°C until the top is golden brown.
 Serve with a green salad.
