Ingredients:
• 6 potatoes
• 250 ml milk
• 20 g butter
• 1 teaspoon of oil
• 1/2 finely chopped onion
• 400 g ground beef 5% fat
• Salt and pepper
• 250 g of corn

Instructions:
• Peel and boil the potatoes in a small saucepan filled with salted water.
• Place the cooked potatoes in a bowl and mash them with a ricer.
• Add the milk and butter and continue mashing to obtain a purée.
• Chop the onion.
• In a frying pan, sauté the onion in oil for a few minutes.
• Add the ground beef and cook. Season with salt and pepper.
• Put the meat in a small ovenproof dish.
• Spread the corn on the cooked meat.
• Cover the minced meat and corn with mashed potatoes.
• Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes at 190°C until the top is golden brown.
• Serve with a green salad.
